Pinsent Masons have once again hosted a fantastic annual golf day in aid of Construction Youth Trust.
Over 50 executives joined Pinsent Masons at Walton Heath Golf Club in Surrey for a mostly sunny September day to show their support for young people entering training, education and employment in the construction industry.
Over lunch the group were joined by Trust beneficiaries Abdul and Levi who spoke to them about their recent experiences with the Trust - Abdul with Budding Brunels Plus and Levi with the Built2Work programme.
After lunch there was also a much anticipated auction including bidding for a box at Ascot Racecourse, tickets to Wembley Stadium Corporate Box for the Carling Cup Final, a round of golf at Walton Heath Golf Club, a cricket bat signed by Surrey Golf Club and a pre-show champagne dinner for two and tickets to a show at the Almeida Theatre!
Kevin Joyce Senior Associate at Pinsent Masons commented:
"A very enjoyable and successful day was had by all who attended our fourth, annual Construction Sector Charity Golf Day at Walton Heath Golf Club. The day was a success both from a networking as well as a golfing perspective, and we are delighted that a total of £10,000 was raised to support the valuable work of Construction Youth Trust. We very much look forward to supporting the trust again next year!"
