Phoenix ME raises funds in aid of CYT through the beautiful game
Phoenix ME recently raised important funds in aid of CYT through a highly competitive 12 team five-a-side football tournament. This was a brilliant way for Phoenix ME and their subcontractor network to raise donations towards a cause that they are all passionate about. An enjoyable time was had by all and a fantastic £1500 was raised in donations towards CYT’s mission of supporting disadvantaged and underrepresented young people into built environment careers where they can thrive. We’re incredibly grateful to Phoenix ME for supporting us and making your event count.
To date, our work with Phoenix ME has focused on the Broadgate Future Talent project, which aims to increase access to apprenticeship pathways for diverse young Londoners project. During this partnership, they have helped deliver genuinely meaningful career experiences for disadvantaged and underrepresented young people, such as 1-2-1 mentoring and transformative work experience placements. These kinds of opportunities give young people a clear view of roles in construction and help them plan their next steps into the industry. This support is a hugely valuable element of their career journey.
And we’re delighted that Phoenix ME is now extending their support of our work, to fundraising as well! This kind of partnership directly enables us to continue our mission, and we’re excited about what’s ahead as we deepen our collaboration.
Thank you!
We’re so thankful to Phoenix ME for being such an enthusiastic partner and cannot wait to see how much more brilliant work we’ll do together in the future!
