We’re incredibly proud to have been chosen as one of Multiplex’s Charity Partners for 2025, reflecting our shared commitment to enabling young people, regardless of background, to thrive in their careers.

Working closely with us in local communities, Multiplex regularly offers volunteers and work experience opportunities, and recently partnered with us to host our immersive Building Future Skills programme – all towards the goal of offering young people genuinely transformative career opportunities within the built environment sector.

Multiplex took our partnership to the next level when it made us an official charity partner and chose to raise vital donations in aid of our work! This exciting chapter was officially celebrated in September at Multiplex’s Annual Clay Pigeon Shooting Event, held at the Royal Berkshire Shooting School. The event brought together Multiplex’s colleagues and supply chain partners for a day of connection away from the office, teaming up on the shooting range in support of our mission. 🏅

We were thrilled to be there on the day, sharing stories about our work and cheering on the teams! It was inspiring to be in the presence of so many people who are passionate about the industry, and so keen to get behind our cause of supporting young people, many of whom are underrepresented in the built environment, to succeed in one of the many career pathways available. Our partnership with Multiplex strives to break down barriers for young people facing disadvantage, and coming together at an event like this was a fantastic way of raising vital funds for the work we do.

Incredibly, our Charity of the Year partnership in 2025 has raised over £33,000 – an amazing achievement for everyone involved! These crucial funds are enabling us to increase our commitment in local communities, working intensively with underrepresented young people and helping them to capitalise on local career opportunities where they can achieve their potential. We are so grateful to everyone who donated to us through the Clay Pigeon Shooting Event, and to our friends at Multiplex for your fantastic support and generosity. Thank you 💫
