Exceptional young people who have overcome barriers in their life to achieve a great start in their career were honored last week at our awards evening supported by HRH The Duke of Gloucester.
All the shortlisted candidates joined over 200 senior industry figures and HRH The Duke of Gloucester at the awards evening on Thursday at the Underglobe, where the winners were announced.
It was an opportunity for exceptional young professionals to be commended and celebrated and judges saw many applications from young people who had shown amazing resilience and determination.
Executive Director, Christine Townley commented:
“We are delighted with the success of our awards scheme which has showcased again the exceptional young talent in construction tonight. Each of the winners has shown solid professionalism and determination to succeed in their chosen career.
“As a charity we support young people from all walks of life to enter the construction industry and we hope that by showcasing what these young people have achieved and recognising any challenges they have overcome, that we can show the next generation of young professionals the wealth of opportunities available in the sector.
