“I have found engaging with young adults to be a very rewarding experience. Sometimes all they need is a frank talk about working life in what I consider to be a great industry……..I have found that being able to give an overview of the best training routes, coupled with a few success stories, really helps to motivate young people to set realistic goals and achieve them. Like many others who work in the industry, I wish I had received more information about the different training routes open to em and which were the most suitable for my exisiting skills and experience. On a personal level, I like to know that I have done my bit to inspire those that I know will make a difference to our industry in the future”
