The goal of the Construction Youth Trust is to enable young people and their communities to overcome barriers and access the opportunities offered by construction. The Trust achieve its goal by undertaking a number of programmes centred on the following themes:

Financial Support
We can offer financial support to individuals and community projects.

Aspiration and Understanding
We run a range of projects to raise young people's aspirations and increase their understanding of the opportunities available in construction.

Diversity
Working in partnership with ConstructionSkills, the Trust delivers a programmes to increase diversity in the construction workforce.

Creating Change
Influencing policy and practice is a vital way of increasing opportunities in construction for young people. We run and participate in a number of events and research projects towards this aim.
