Stage 1: The application
Fill in the online form and let us know why you think you should win or nominate your colleague/friend
Stage 2: The shortlisting
If you are shortlisted we will ask you to send in your CV or details of your employment history. Using all the information we have about you a panel of trustees and staff will shortlist the strongest applications to go through to the judging day.
Stage 3: The judging day
If you are successfully put through to the final stage then you will be invited to the judging day where you will have an informal interview with some of the judges. They will just ask about your career to date, what you have been doing and why you think you should win.
It normally takes place in London but we can do it by Skype if travelling or getting time off work is difficult.
It isn’t as nerve wracking as it sounds and the judges are really nice. Here are what some of our finalists from other years have said about the day:
Stage 4: The Awards evening
All our finalists who met the judges are invited to the Awards dinner in London in March. It is a great evening with a 3 course dinner, a comedian host and HRH Duke of Gloucester giving out the awards. The winners are announced at the end of the evening and will receive their prize.
