Journey to work

Find out about what we do

Construction is the UK's largest sector. It offers a wealth of opportunity for training and employment in a wide variety of roles. However young people throughout the UK face barriers to accessing these opportunities.

The Trust inspires and supports young people to overcome these barriers and access training and employment in order to lead fulfilling and productive lives.

The Trust works in partnership with local communities and key employers in the industry and has an outstanding track record and expertise.

Our work can be explored through a number of different themes as displayed in the diagram to the right.
