Outreach
We reach out to young people that face barriers in accessing training and employment in the industry.
| We support young people that lack information, awareness, confidence and opportunity to improve their prospects and actively engage with the process of seeking training & employment. We approach these young people with our mobile classrooms that visit young people in deprived urban and rural communities and provide them with a tailored service delivered by experienced staff, often themselves from similar circumstances that are able to understand and support young people appropriately. |
