| This comes in a number of forms:
existing construction employees provide guidance and a point of contact for those currently studying,
undergraduate students support those considering embarking on a built environment degree,
dedicated workers provide the support appropriate to removing specific barriers such as homelessness and a previous criminal conviction.
The Trust helps foster 'soft skills' such as a good work ethos, teamwork and leadership in the young people that we work with. The Trust also works to promote diversity in the industry, and promotes the professional development of individuals who encounter barriers related to ethnicity and gender. |
